Baby Brooksie has blond hair these days (whenever I actually wash his hair once a week—poor baby—on other days it’s greasy brown). It’s short on the sides with really long bangs and if I don’t brush those bangs down quickly enough, they stick straight up in the air all day long.
He’s smiling and squeaking and scrunching up his eyes at me. And only sleeping when snuggled but I don’t mind the snuggling. He loves being swaddled in his muslin blanket and pulls the cloth up over his cheeks because cozy is his favorite. And he’s the most beautiful little thing I’ve ever forgotten to bathe.
He certainly is relaxed. Good looking kid.
Oh my goodness. He is just gorgeously handsome. Oh, you lucky mama. Happy 11 weeks, Brooksie baby! (Baths are SO overrated.)

It’s much needed encouragement. I’m also a SAHM and have a 21 month old son and a daughter who is almost exactly Brooks’ age (she was born March 22). I often forget/can’t find the time to bathe her and am glad to see it’s not just me.
